Referral I have had dogs
for many years, and when my beloved Keeshond died in January my
house was very empty. I was reluctant to have a puppy, having
not had one for 12 years, but decided to look into it as I
really wanted another dog. I had previously seen a lovely
labradoodle when visiting an open garden and had been told about
Tasmanian Labradoodles then and how lovely the puppies were. I
researched the various websites and found the one from Tasmanian
Labradoodles very user friendly and the dogs and puppies looked
beautiful, so I sent away for more information. I made an
appointment for a visit as they were only a couple of hours drive
away. I was very impressed with the friendly professional help
I received from Paul and Liz, and the obvious care and respect they
had for their many beautiful dogs. They had so much knowledge
and obvious love for their dogs I felt very confident in purchasing
one. I loved two puppies, but had decided not to make a
decision that day, I wanted to think about what was involved.
Paul sent me a photo of the two puppies, and after talking to
several people about labradoodles and hearing nothing but positive
things about them, I decided to purchase the little gold boy, who I
called Ollie. He had several weeks crate training and
socialising before I collected him, at age 11 weeks. I had no
experience with any of these methods, even though I have always
owned dogs. When I went to collect him two weeks later I was
very impressed with the work that had been done with him, and the
amount of information and help that Paul so willingly gave me.
From the very first day he has been just delightful, despite the
company of a very bad tempered cat, and has won the hearts of
everyone who knows him. He just loves other dogs and people -
I followed all Paul's suggestions regarding socialising and crate
and tether training, and all have been extremely successful. I also
found the 'puppy whispering' to be of great benefit, and much loved
by Ollie. I was unfamiliar with the Barf diet, but have found it
easy to follow, and very economical. I contacted Paul several times
with questions regarding the methods of training he used with his
dogs, and always received courteous and very helpful replies.
Everything that was suggested I followed, with great success.
I have a very social, well adjusted little dog, who is loved by
everyone who knows him. The only thing missing in his life was
a friend to play with - I have never owned a dog who loved playing
with other dogs so much. I have had two dogs many times
before, and knew what was involved and how much benefit they
gained from having a friend.
After several visits to Tasmanian
Labradoodles, and a lot of help and patience from Paul and Liz, when
Ollie was 8 months old I adopted a little cafe girl who I called
Katie. They are both the offspring of Bella and Tigger.
I saw her picture on the website when she was 4 weeks old, and knew
she was the one I wanted, but still travelled to see her when she
was six weeks old to make sure. I was a little concerned about
coping with two puppies, but have enjoyed every minute of it, and
Ollie and Katie are the best of friends, and they bring so much joy
to my life. There is only one thing better than owing one
Tasmanian Labradoodle, and that is owning two of them. They
compliment each other very well, Ollie is fun loving and playful,
and Katie is quite placid and easy going, and they play and play.
They are very easy dogs to train, as they are so intelligent and so
quick to learn, and I have enjoyed the training part of owning them
as well. Katie came into the house as though she has always
lived here, and is just as well adjusted, social and happy as Ollie.
I have owned many different types of dogs, but I would never own any
breed other than a labradoodle, and can recommend Tasmanian
Labradoodles unreservedly. I have attached a photo of Katie,
aged 5 months, and Ollie, aged 10 months.

Adrian & Wendy
Iredale Referral We have
just adopted “Basil”, a beautiful 13 week old black fleece
Labradoodle, and he is gorgeous.
Our 16 year old beagle “Bandit”
died last September and we really missed him but thought we would
take advantage of our new independence and not get another dog. But
it wasn’t too long before we were craving doggy company again.
Beagles are great pets with a happy personality, and get along with
all people and animals, but although very intelligent and quick to
learn they are very strong willed and have a mind of their own. So
the research started to find another breed to try this time that
might suit our ageing lifestyle with a little less hassle than
raising another beagle.
We looked at a number of breeds
but kept coming back to Labradoodles. Their nice nature coupled with
the fact that they don’t shed hair everywhere were very positive
points. We decided to look into getting one that was from an quality
breeder so that we could be sure of what we were getting and that
narrowed the field down a bit. We studied websites on the internet
and actually made a decision to purchase locally but the litter size
wasn’t big enough and our eligibility was doubtful for that litter.
So it was back to the drawing board. If we had to have a puppy flown
to us then we didn’t mind which state it came from and we kept
getting drawn back to the Tasmanian Labradoodles website. They had a
good number of pups to choose from and we liked the idea of being
able to get an “instant” puppy and also one that was just a few
weeks older. We studied the litter pictures on the website along
with the parent pictures and tentatively made a choice before
phoning. Tasmanian Labradoodles were most helpful to talk to and we
felt more confident about the choice we had made and decided to go
ahead. It took just over a week to get everything organised, flights
booked, etc. Paul and Liz even offered to do some extra training and
socialising with Basil in the last week he was
with them.
The result was a lovely calm
little boy who arrived at the airport. The crate training that Paul
and Liz had already done has helped tremendously with the first few
nights and he is responding well to training. The BARF diet is new
to us but we are learning and Basil loves his food.
Adrian decided to make a small
introductory video on the arrival of Basil into our lives. You can
view our beautiful boy on “You Tube” at the following link. Make
sure you have your volume turned up as it has a great song.

Thanks again to Paul and Liz and
all their helpers for producing a great companion.

Two.
Here I am back
for a second bite of the cherry.
Our lovely
standard poodle, Gussy, died of cancer 6 months after Tassies Hugo
the Boss, who is now 10 months old, came to live with us. Originally
we bought Hugo as company for Gussy who was depressed after the
death of her brother. He did a great job and, in turn, our grieving
for her was greatly eased by his presence.
For many years
we’d owned standard poodles because of their intelligence and lovely
temperament. Having owned Hugo for 10 months I’m now convinced that
a Labradoodle (from Tasmanian Labradoodles) is an improved
version of the poodle. They have all the good qualities of the
poodle with the added bonus of an easier care coat. I thought
perhaps we’d been lucky and that Hugo was exceptional. Now I don’t
think so because we have his younger brother, Tassies Hot Potato
(Spud), and he’s a little ripper too. Spud is just 4 months old and
they are both the offspring of Meg and Benson.
These Tasmanian
Labradoodles are very intelligent, easygoing, affectionate, playful
clowns. They love adults, children and all dogs. Not a mean bone in
their beautiful bodies. But…when a car enters our driveway, or
somebody strange walks near us when it is getting dark, both bark
like they are in the shredding people business.
Miles, my
husband, almost daily comments on what great dogs they are and says
he can’t wait to come home from work to be greeted by them and give
them a cuddle. When all that has taken place he does, eventually,
remember that I’m here too.
All our
dog-loving friends have been captivated by our Labradoodles and I
constantly have tourists to Norfolk Island asking me about them and
where I bought them. Because I can suggest many reasons why people
would want to own one (or two is even better) and have found nothing
that disappoints me about them, I will be surprised if they don’t
become the most popular of all dog breeds in the not too distant
future.
Paul and Liz
decided to take a much needed and long overdue holiday and deliver
Spud to us. They accepted our invitation to stay in our home and we
enjoyed every minute of their company. So we are the very lucky
ones, as we not only have two wonderful dogs but two new friends for
life.
For your
admiration I present the splendid Hugo and Spud all grown up, on
lovely Norfolk Island

Martin Family Referral
Our family had
several lengthy discussions in possibly purchasing a dog to join our
family. After considerable research on the internet and phone calls
to various Labradoodle breeders it clearly showed to us that a non
shedding Labradoodle was best suited to out needs inline with their
well natured temperament and intelligence.
We were very
impressed with the smart professional advertising of Tasmanian
Labradoodles where we further enquired into adopting a Standard
Tasmanian Labradoodle from Liz and Paul. We were initially very
apprehensive, as we had only seen photos including reading very
impressive referrals from previous clients displayed on their web
site. After several emails and phone calls to Paul and Liz we
finally decided to take the plunge and adopt a puppy that we as a
family carefully chose on the internet. Paul continued to ask
questions about our families needs to ensure that we had chosen the
right Labradoodle to join our home life style and secure the
continued wellbeing of the adoption puppy.
It September
2007 we anxiously arrived at the Melbourne airport waiting on the
arrival of our new family member Bentley TL362. Oh how our hearts
just melted when we saw this gorgeous puppy sitting quietly in his
crate amongst all the other noisy animals. Our confidence in
adopting Bentley immediately increased during this time as we
couldn’t believe how relaxed he was.
Paul explained
earlier that Bentley would be crate trained when he arrived. We were
very surprised in how quickly Bentley settled into his new home due
to his crate training. Bentley was just the perfect puppy as he
slept all night and never wet inside or destroyed our manicured back
yard.
Bentley turned
one year old in June and he is such a big part of our family life,
indoors and out, including having his own ‘my space’ with an ever
increasing friends list.
Recently we went
for a holiday to Tasmania and our first port of call was of course
to visit the home of Bentleys parents. (Meg & Benson)
Liz, Paul and
son James welcomed us with open arms and what a delightful
experience this was. During this visit it was an absolute pleasure
to see and hear the commitment from this family in how they take
such pride in breeding Tasmanian Labradoodles and the continued
support they provide after delivery.
Liz & Paul, the
Martin family thank you for allowing us to adopt Bentley who is now
known as ‘the Martin family’s best friend’

Sue Bagg Referral
I have wanted a
Labradoodle since I first saw them on TV years ago. They are loyal,
intelligent, and playful and look like fun. Well it took me several
years before I got serious and started looking for a top quality
breeder. My research took me across the sea to Tassie, where I found
Paul & Liz at Tasmanian Labradoodles.
I quickly started
looking through all the photos of all the puppies, matching the pups
to their parents. Some were small, others large, some chocolate or
cream or other colours. I fell in love with them all. No matter what
they looked like, I thought they were all gorgeous.
Now, I live on a farm
in Victoria’s South West, so I needed to take into account a couple
of things like how would a cream coat look after a roll in the dirt?
Or would the horses want an overactive puppy getting in to mischief
under their feet? I also have 3 children who take most of my energy
which would not leave much for a puppy. With this in mind I filled
in the adoption form and promptly sent it to Paul and Liz.
To be honest with you I
didn’t think I was being too fussy. All I wanted was a pup with a
gentle, friendly laid back approach to life. The colour really
didn’t matter, because I love them all as long as it was wool or
fleece coat. And a dog that was not too tall and not too small. Oh,
and I wanted a girl.
How could I trust Paul
and Liz to get this right when they didn’t even know me?
It wasn’t long before
Paul sent me a photo of a dear little chocolate girl she was 3 ½
months old. By the time I get her she will not be small and cute and
fluffy. She will be big and may have bad habits. So I picked up the
phone and called Paul. We spoke for quite some time about the little
puppy I was now starting to think of as mine and I was excited all
over again.
I’ve had Lilly, my
Tasmanian Labradoodle, for 7 weeks now and she is perfect for us.
Paul and Liz did get it right. She has the perfect temperament,
beautiful chocolate wool coat and is an absolute joy to have.
Some of the benefits of
getting an older puppy are that they come lead trained and
socialised and ready to train. For example, we have had very few
accidents inside on the carpet, we started training straight away
and Lilly definitely understood crate training way before we even
had time to read the information on it.
But you know what the
best thing was about getting an older puppy, we were the stars of
Puppy School. Top pupils. The trainer was always using Lilly to
demonstrate how the training should go. One of my favourite things
is to take Lilly for a walk because everyone wants to pat her and
hooo and ahhh at how gorgeous she is. They ask what breed she is and
admire how well behaved she is. I must admit I walk away with my
chest out and a big smile on my face, and I have a feeling Lilly
does too.
So if you’re thinking
of getting a Labradoodle I would highly recommend getting a
Tasmanian Labradoodle, and if possible tell Paul and Liz you’ll take
on older one.

Anne Howe Referral
I have a
reasonably good knowledge of quite a few dog breeds as I have
trained many problem dogs for other people (my own Australian kelpie
was trained to Obedience Champion standard and was first place in
both UD and Open Obedience at the Sydney Royal Show the only time
she competed there). Other than standard poodles my husband, Miles,
and I have owned a golden retriever. The golden was purchased when
our children were babies because she was gentle and easy care (no
labradoodles in those days).
In August 2007 our beloved
9-year-old silver standard poodle, Super Simon, died of lymphoma.
His sister, Gorgeous Gussy, became very depressed so we decided we
should buy another dog for her and for us.
So my search
began. I decided to look closely at the various doodles now
available. It took not too much searching to discover that the
Labradoodle was the dog I was seeking. Next, which Labradoodle?
Many, many hours on the web and talking to various Labradoodle
owners led me to Paul and Liz at Tasmanian Labradoodles.
At 10:15 pm on
23rd of February 2008 the plane bearing our Hugo the Boss
landed on Norfolk Island where we now live. Although Paul and Liz
had been extremely helpful both on the phone and via email I, as the
trainer and groomer, was still anxious about the puppy they had
chosen for us. We didn’t care what colour he was or what he looked
like but I knew exactly the temperament and the coat type I wanted
and I had expressed these requirements to them. After doing our
Customs paperwork we drove the 5 minutes distance from the airport
to our home with the crate in the back of the car.
Then we opened
it in the garden with fingers crossed to inspect our new family
member. Well, what a delight! This little fellow is perfect. I know
many people who have purchased Tassie labradoodles think they have
the best dog in the world, but the sad news for them is that we do.
We’ve only had
Hugo for a short time but we love him more every day. Our old dog
Gussy has become a puppy again and they play together beautifully.
When she’s had enough of him she lets him know and he backs off and
leaves her in peace.
He is very smart
and quick to learn. His first lesson was to surrender his food to
me. On morning one, after he’d been given his breakfast chicken, he
growled as I placed my hand near his head. I took the food from his
mouth, held it for a short time and then gave it back. I repeated
this each meal on the first day and the lesson had been learned. He
has never growled since and is quite happy to have me, or anybody
else, take his food. However, if Gussy comes near him while he’s
eating – look out!
He walked on the
lead without teaching and never leaves our side when we are on the
beach or golf course and he is lead free. He has learned the words
and signals for sit, drop, stay and, most importantly, come. He must
sit and stay when his dinner is placed in front of him and the first
time that was required he found it very difficult as he loves his
tucker. Now he sits without me asking and waits until told he can
eat. What a little star.
I want to thank
Paul and Liz for the assistance they provided pre purchase and to
congratulate them on their obvious dedication to producing the very
best labradoodles. And I want to congratulate myself for finding and
choosing them as the breeders of our wonderful Hugo, who, as I type,
he is curled up asleep under my desk with his head on my feet.
I think everyone
should be introduced to a Labradoodle before they purchase any other
breed.
If all dogs were
Labradoodles the world would be a better place.

I would like to congratulate Paul and Liz on
the fabulous job they are doing in raising absolutely top quality
Labradoodles.
I had fallen in love with the breed a
couple of years ago, but people kept warning me against owning one
for various reasons. However, this year I decided to do a bit of
research, and ended up feeling very impressed with the information I
found on the Tasmanian Labradoodles website. So when I was visiting
Tasmania I decided to visit Paul and Liz and their dogs to learn as
much as I could, and get a feel for the temperament of the dogs.
Need I say, they were fabulous!
I was still unsure about buying a puppy
just yet as I am still living in an apartment and thought it would
be too cramped and that toilet training would be a problem. Paul
assured me it would be ok, so I went ahead anyway.
Molly arrived in her crate late on a Friday
evening after a few hours of traveling, looking at all the world
like a relaxed superstar. I fell in love with her immediately. She
had a late dinner and then went to bed in her crate and we didn't
hear a single whimper from her. I was amazed, and continue to be
amazed by my Molly.
She is so intelligent, so willing to
please, and totally the very best companion I could ever want. At 14
weeks of age, there is hardly ever a toileting accident, she knows
the rules of the house (though she occasionally slips up and just
has to chase the cat), she is friendly with all other people and
dogs, and taking her places with me is a pleasure. When I leave the
house without her she accepts it with grace, and just goes to find a
comfy place for a sleep until I return. In general she just makes
having a dog as a companion a sheer pleasure and I'm so glad I have
her, thanks to Paul and Liz.
The other point I would like to comment on
is how generous Paul has been with giving information. It had been
many years since I had owned a dog and was a bit unsure on a couple
of points, so phoned to ask questions. Paul was excellent at giving
answers to those questions as well as a whole lot more I didn't ask
about, but needed to know anyway. It certainly boosted my confidence
that I was doing the right thing by Molly. I am finding it very easy
to feed Molly using the BARF diet and she is thriving and gaining
weight. My vet hasn't had any experience with dogs being fed this
way and he is looking forward to watching her development and growth
and is very open to learning more about it.
If you are looking to buy a Labradoodle I
highly recommend Paul and Liz's dogs...they are outstanding.
I'm thinking of adding another Labradoodle to my family one day and
I shall certainly be returning to Tasmanian Labradoodles to choose
my next puppy.

Our family was desperate for a dog, and a
Labradoodle was the only breed that we all agreed on!
Having allergies in the family made the
decision easier as well. We were particularly pleased when we found
that owning a Labradoodle did not mean that we had to have a really
large dog.
After finding Tasmanian Labradoodles on the
internet, (and drooling over all those beautiful animals!), we
contacted Paul and Liz and our journey began...
Living in Hobart, it was easy to travel to
visit Paul and Liz and their 'doodle family, but it was much harder
to leave! After viewing both Toffee and Tigger, we decided that one
of their offspring would fit into our family, and returned a few
weeks later to take Dougal home with us.
Our lives have changed!! Dougal has fitted
into our family like he has always been there, and has added his own
charm and personality. He is a happy, loving, cheeky and smart
little guy who has a different way of treating each of us. He loves
to learn - we have just graduated from puppy pre-school and are
looking to go on to do further training. Interestingly, at our puppy
school, 3 of the 8 dogs were puppies from Tasmanian Labradoodles!
Thanks Paul and Liz. We were hoping that
having a dog would be a fun experience; having Dougal is just
fantastic! The BARF diet is easy to follow and working well, and
costs far less to feed than commercial diets, and Dougal is
thriving.
We are looking forward to many more years
of fun and friendship with our little fellow. We would recommend
Tasmanian Labradoodles to anyone looking for a great companion.

"After having shared 10 years with our first Labradoodle we knew we
wanted the same breed when it came to our next dog.
We made extensive enquiries around the breeders and were attracted
to Tasmanian Labradoodles initially because of their impressive
breeding program.
An on site visit at the invitation of Paul
and Liz Bartlett of Tasmanian Labradoodles confirmed our decision,
and we paid our deposit for a large black girl.
We were able to view her progress on the
net and at 9 weeks old we took delivery of the most perfect little
pup you could imagine.
It is obvious our pup has had the best
start in life possible and the 'crate training' regime and 'puppy
whispering' technique and BARF diet has paid off resulting in a
well-behaved, well-adjusted animal.
We have no hesitation in recommending Paul
and Liz's dogs to any would-be purchaser - they are simply
brilliant."

Kelly Mason Referral
I dearly wanted a dog for a companion,
but suffer allergies from contact with them. I started researching
the multi-generation Australian Labradoodle on the internet and felt
that this was exactly the breed of dog that I was looking for. I
felt very strongly about purchasing my puppy from a breeder that
gave a lot of love to its dog family and their puppies a great start
to life. I contacted a couple of different breeders and went to
visit one. I had a mild skin reaction to contact with one of the
dogs.
I went to visit another breeder interstate and
felt that they understood the things that were important to me. I
met and handled many dogs. I had no reaction whatsoever to direct
contact and was besotted by the multi-generation Australian
Labradoodle. I purchased a miniature male puppy with whom I am
extremely happy (his name is Kobi). Kobi had an adverse reaction to
his kennel cough vaccine and spent a lot of time at home; when I
could finally take him to puppy school he was scared of the other
dogs. I was worried about his fear and that he would be spending too
much time alone whilst I work. I was on leave and started to explore
getting another puppy. I gave it a lot of thought and asked a lot of
people for advice.
I contacted the Tasmanian Labradoodles Breeding
Centre and found them to be wonderful. Initially I had a lot of
contact with Paul. We exchanged emails and spent time on the phone.
He was very willing to help and provide advice. Paul and Liz
discussed Kobi’s fears and offered to help
us. We also discussed the suitability of a 13 week old puppy on the
website that a family had deferred. Paul told me a lot about her and
sent me more photos. I was very unsure what to do and Paul was very
patient. After more discussion I booked flights and a B&B and off we
went to Tasmania.

How could I resist such a beautiful
Labradoodle?
Paul and Liz are extremely special people who
could not have done more to help Kobi and I. They welcomed us into
their home and took a lot of time to make us feel comfortable. Kobi,
although initially unsure, flourished. I was shown their
property and met all of their beautiful Labradoodles.
I also spent time getting to know the female puppy, whom
I loved the minute I saw her (I named her Gracie).
Paul, Liz and their daughter Lisa spent time with
Kobi and gave me advice about puppy whispering. After Paul spent
some time with Kobi he was so calm and Kobi and I had such wonderful
cuddles.

Shortly after arrival home to
Canberra, Kobi on Paul’s lap after
some puppy whispering
I spent two days with Paul, Liz and Lisa. Over
this time Kobi and Gracie got to know each other and I felt great
about taking her home with us.
When we arrived home Kobi was very happy to see
Gracie. She has been wonderful and is very intelligent, she has only
had one accident in the house. She quickly mastered a ramp, dog
door, sit, drop etc. Everybody who meets her absolutely loves her
and people even stop me in the street to say hello.
Gracie is everything I wanted and much more. She
has a very special nature, is calm and has grown to be absolutely
stunning. Gracie and Kobi love each other and spend a lot of time
romping around and playing together. They love water and I have
brought them a shell pool. They love splashing away, although they
also love to do this in their water bowls which visitors find very
amusing. We have a weekly get together with family who also have two
Labradoodles. They all enjoy playing so much. Gracie loves people
and other dogs.

Kobi and Gracie in the pool,
Benji and Yogi watching, Kobi
and Gracie romping in the water
I cannot thank Paul and Liz enough for all of
their help. They took a lot of time out of their extremely busy days
for us. It was very eye opening to see how much time and work they
put into breeding, working from very early and often into the wee
hours. I don’t know how they keep it up.
Kobi and Gracie have brought so much joy to my
life and I will be forever grateful to Paul and Liz. They have given
Kobi and I a wonderful companion who has given us so many laughs,
fun times and beautiful cuddles.
I could thoroughly
recommend the Tasmanian Labradoodles Breeding Centre.

Davies Family Referral
Dog ownership is a serious commitment and long term responsibility
thus we took some time to research and source what we believed to be
the ideal breed and importantly the ideal breeder for our family.
Our family consisting of myself (Clare) husband (Ralph) and our two
girls – Claudia 8 years and Eva just 11 months! Claudia has
allergies and is a little nervous around dogs, yet she dearly wanted
one. Eva has no reservations, but being a baby – we naturally had
to be very cautious. Me, well I can’t stand aggressive, stupid or
hyper dogs, nor do I really like dog hair! Ralph just wanted all us
girls to be happy and to even up the inequality around here by
getting a boy!
The Labradoodle Association of Australia (LAA) was a wealth of
information which first and foremost helped explain the difference
between an ‘Australian Multigenerational Labradoodle’ and a
‘labradoodle’ you might find in your local pet shop. Big
difference, please be aware.
I spent many nights visiting the different sites of the various
accredited LAA breeders Australia wide, reading what they had to say
and importantly looking at photos of their dogs and puppies.
What drew us to the LAA accredited Tasmanian Labradoodles, was
firstly their beautiful selection of dogs, their gorgeous photos of
sold and available puppies, and the fact that they care enough about
their dogs to go to the trouble of feeding them the BARF - bones and
raw food diet.
Then secondly I had the pleasure of dealing with Liz, Paul and Lisa
Bartlett – truly nice people. It soon became apparent that as much
as this is a business for the Bartlett family, they care genuinely
about their dogs. They care most about breeding puppies with
beautiful temperaments and equally care about breeding puppies with
sound health. They also spend a great deal of time socialising
their puppies so when they eventually go to new homes, they fit in
with the utmost of ease and grace. Liz and Paul throw all their
efforts heart and sole into breeding Australian Multigenerational
Labradoodles that they can be justly proud of.
I sent quite a few emails and phoned Liz and Paul before we made a
commitment to purchase a puppy. Liz and Paul made time for my many
questions. Their genuine pride and love of the Australian
Multigenerational Labradoodle apparent as they were always
enthusiastic and happy to address my many questions.
Ok! So along came our little big man Mac. Mac is just the most
beautiful boy. So much more handsome in real life than depicted in
photos. We can’t believe how well he has honestly fitted into our
family. He doesn’t jump on Claudia and is so gentle yet playful
with her, which has facilitated the beginnings of a lovely
friendship. Mac treats Eva with a healthy respect and treads past
her carefully – he just knows she’s a baby (it’s amazing). Mac and
Ralph get along like a house on fire! Mac with me – well I just
adore him, and adore him a little more each day. It may sound
silly, but I am so respectful of his intelligence and beautiful
temperament, so sweet, gentle, protective, smart, (and funny) he is
just the best companion.
Mac knew his name and came to us crate trained which was just
wonderful, making toilet training all the more easier. He was used
to all the household noises (sound of the kettle, banging around in
the kitchen etc). Liz and Paul had also spent time handling him, so
amazingly I am able to check over his paws, look inside his mouth,
clean his ears – while he just lies on my lap and comfortably
accepts whatever it is I am fussing over! The BARF diet is easy to
follow, cost effective and fantastic in this day and age of
recycling and environmental awareness. Mac learnt to walk and heel
on the lead amazingly fast. He has certainly learnt the meaning of
no! We haven’t had any of the usual casualties associated with
having a puppy (knocked over vases etc) as Mac is so light on his
paws and quite calm when inside that it just hasn’t happened! He
doesn’t run off when outside. He would have to be the most grown up
puppy I have ever known!
We are so very happy with our puppy Mac. We are so very happy with
him predominantly because we made the right decision and went with a
breeder that has taken the time (years) to further develop the
Australian Multigenerational Labradoodle with the best possible
temperament and health foremost in mind.
I can’t speak more highly of Liz and Paul from Tasmanian
Labradoodles and thank them for the time they have given me and the
time that they invested in our puppy Mac.
I have taken the time to write this letter of recommendation because
it was a letter of recommendation that gave us the peace of mind to
go with Liz and Paul from Tasmanian Labradoodles.
Take the leap – we’re going to again.
Sincerely

Dear Paul and Liz,
We would just like to say thank you
for providing us with our beautiful chocolate Labradoodle, Zena.
She is such a sweet natured dog and
is very intelligent and easy to train. She is now 15 weeks old and
is house trained, crate trained, can sit, walk on a lead, stay...and
most of the time stay off the lounge chairs!!
As you know we already have a three
year old Labradoodle as well, we just love the breed.
We would like to thank you also for
always answering our many, many emails, late into the night. You
were so efficient in answering all our concerns.
We found you both to be honest to
deal with, which is very important when buying a puppy unseen over
the internet.
Zena was everything you said she
was!! We have found you eager to answer any questions about Zena
that we have at any time and feel confident that you have the
experience and expertise to deal with our queries.
We have recommended you too many of
our friends who have enquired about buying Labradoodles as we feel
you really love your dogs and offer such a personalized service to
your customers.
We will keep in touch with you both
and let you know about Zena's progress.
Thank you again,
WALLY MASUR and family Sydney!

Steve and Josephine
Westwood. referral,
We e-mailed
Tasmanian Labradoodles in regards to getting a new fury family
member.
Having
decided on a Labradoodle, we chose Tasmanian Labradoodles because we
also live in Tasmania and we found their web site very informative
and professional. Another important reason was that they were
registered with the Labradoodle Association of Australia, giving us
confidence that they were reputable breeders.
We wanted a little boy
that didn't shed hair, in the Café au Latté colour. We were informed
that Benson and Pepsi had just had puppies that would be available
early 2006, 3 Cafe boys included. We couldn't resist dropping in on
Boxing Day to meet Paul and Liz and our potential pup!
This was when we met
our Kosta. He was a fluffy little fellow who was quite happy to lie
back in our arms and be petted. We couldn't believe how quiet and
mellow he was, lapping up all the attention; we knew he had to be
ours.
We picked Kosta up
mid‑January. Paul and Liz had already crate trained him and were
using his name for us. They took the time to answer all of our
questions before we took Kosta home, and offered lots of advice and
tips.
We have now just
finished puppy school and are about to start Level 1 training. At
15 weeks Kosta already knows Sit, Drop, Wait, Roll over, Come, Stay,
Gentle, Mat, and Heel. He walks beautifully on the lead (most of the
time) and when off the lead trots along happily beside us. He is
socialising well with other dogs and everyone we meet adores him. He
gives us so many laughs and good times, we just love him to bits.
We have been following
the BARF diet, and find it very easy to adhere to. The book
recommended by Paul and Liz really made us understand why the BARF
diet is so good for dogs.
We love the Café au
Latté colour, Kosta’s coat has lightened up a lot and is getting
lighter every week. We love the wool/fleece coat and LOVE the non
shedding factor.
Paul and Liz made the
adoption process so simple and we got everything we wanted in a dog.
After e-mail contact we found the whole process of selection and
purchasing to a standard that exceeded our expectations.
We cannot speak highly
enough of Tasmanian Labradoodles. If you are considering a dog that
is fun, loving, cuddly, good looking and very intelligent look no
further than a Labradoodle. If you are considering a Labradoodle
look no further than Tasmanian Labradoodles, you won't be
disappointed.

Thank you Tasmanian Labradoodles for our fantastic puppy
Stanley. She is a wonderful dog who is gentle, very intelligent,
loyal, placid and absolutely wonderful with children. At 7 months
she shows none of the usual puppy silliness and easily learns commands
and instructions.
She came to us toilet trained which was great and
has never had an accident. She has never cried or yelped in the
night and sits quietly at the back door until someone wakes up in the
morning.
Stanley is also a great looking dog and we wouldn't
hesitate to recommend Tasmanian Labradoodles.

Dear Tasmanian Labradoodles
,
I would like to take this
opportunity to thank you for our boy Jet. He has made a big difference
in our life and home. We live a very hectic life and I was always
concerned how well he would fit into our lifestyle and I can honestly
say that he has helped us slow down somewhat. I wish we had done this
year ago and not delayed all those years. From the first night at home
he has been nothing but a pure pleasure, sometimes you would almost say
that you don't know that he is there, loves to nap and settles inside
quickly. The boys just find him divine especially Bryce who I am sure
will become inseparable over the years growing up together, and yes he
has even joined me at the office. He travels everywhere with us, we took
him on a recent camping trip where everyone fell in love with him, got
so much attention, he has the best temperament and nature, that is
gentle, just like a big cuddly bear. Once again thanks for Jet we could
not ask for more with a great puppy, unfortunately he is growing up too
quickly.

Why I love my
Alf
There really
aren’t words to describe the joy I have had in my life after buying
Alf. He is like my special friend who is always there anytime to
receive a cuddle or just to let me smoother him with affection (which
he just flops on me, full weight") we talk in a language
which I'm sure others wouldn't understand. I have never been a dog
lover, I decided to get Alf for something for my daughter as she is an
only child and thought it would be good company for her. As it
turns out he has become my best friend and a special member of our
family.

I now have had Wilson now for three weeks
and he is an absolute joy! Already toilet trained and completing puppy
school. He has a lovely nature and my one year old nephew just loves
him. He is not aggressive or jumpy but very placid and loves to just to
be around you. At the moment he is spending a lot of time sitting with
me on the kitchen floor playing with his toys. Thanks for all your help
in organising Wilson to get to Melbourne and all the advise you have
given me since he has arrived. If you have any families looking at one
of your puppies and they are live near Moorabbin, please let them know
they can come and see
how lovely your pup's are with seeing
Wilson.
Cheers,

Chappel’s Referral
Dear
Tasmanian Labradoodles,
We
have had our labradoodle puppy since July 2004. When she arrived she was
just over 3 months old and already the size of our kelpie. She was so
cute with her long gangly legs; even now she bounces around springing
off the ground with all 4 paws like a cat (which given her now not
insignificant size is very funny to see). We have called her Mildred.
Mildred is a character, she is playful and energetic. She loves people
and would be a hopeless guard dog, she'd invite any burglar in with the
wag of a tail, and mixes well with other dogs, even Zeus, a staffy who
hates other dogs. Mildred is such a cutie, She has proved to be a quick
learner and has never shown signs of leaving our yard without us. We all
adore her, thank you so much.

Dear
Tasmanian Labradoodles
We
have had our lovely "Billie" for nearly 4 weeks and what a
delight he has been. He has become part of our family who is treasured
already. He is so laid
back, non-demanding and gentle (long suffering with the over the top
affection lavished on him by our children) which is great since we have
a limited backyard. He never runs off into the horizon when we go for
walks each day (off the lead) and is highly social with other dogs.
The beach (when we can get there before grumpy people &
Council Rangers arrive) is a huge hit. He went for his first swim the
other day following the kids off the rocks into the harbour.
I do believe he thought he could walk on water and had a little
shock when he didn't but proved that dogs are smarter/faster learners
then kids and swam back easily. He never complains when we have to go
out and leave him at home outside and always covers us with kisses every
morning. He is very popular with people when out as he is very handsome
with a gorgeous coat and interesting eyes. Thank you for providing us
with such a wonderful pet whose personality & breed is perfect for
our family and lifestyle.
